TLDR List:
Silver and Titanium — two new mid-tier resources for crafting higher-end structures and tools.
Coal Producer — automated coal generation, so you’re not scrounging every dark corner of the asteroid anymore.
Magnetic Pickups — resources now zip toward you when close enough. Feels way better than chasing loose ores across the map.
I went full kitchen mode this update. You can now:
Craft Milk, Cheese, and Cheese Bread.
Combine your skills to make Cheesy Potatoes, Loaded Baked Potatoes, and Pizza.
Mix Water + Wheat to craft Noodles, which (obviously) leads to Spaghetti.
Food will give buffs in the future
Warping System (Shift + Arrow Keys) — Originally for testing, now left in as a travel/debug tool. It’s great for hopping between zones or escaping when your air runs out and you don’t feel like dying dramatically again.
Updated crafting logic to handle new food chains and smelting tiers.
Began prepping resource icons for visual consistency (silver/titanium have unique shines).
Tweaked pickup radius and smoothing for magnetic pulls so items don’t overshoot the player.
Balancing the energy costs of all these new producers.
Mini map; or large map
Minor polish pass on warp visuals—currently instant, planning to add distortion FX.
This update started as “add silver,” but quickly turned into “add lunch.”
Moon Rocks and Slimes is now officially a mining sim / space diner hybrid, and honestly, I’m fine with that.
