Which DirectX to use?

In the previous devlog, I assumed the visual effects issue had been fixed, but I was wrong. They still existed.

This time, I feel like the problem is with the DirectX I'm using. I'm reverting back to the way it was before, using 12 instead of 11. I hope the bugs have stopped occurring.

I also fixed some input issues so the puzzle event plays out correctly.

Furthermore, a new lantern material replaces the old one. The old one had a black band around the center that made it difficult to see.
