Project: Race Track "GLOBAL RELEASE"

Version: 1.1.1 - Global Release! Bug fixes, "new" maps and a few changes more! Broken hitboxes, hitboxes are now mostly fixed now you can drive without worrying about broken hitboxes (mostly). 

Beach map "rework" Beach map [Beta] -> Beach map. 

New mode summer recap, old beach map but with a new feature normal controls in the old beach map BUT, by clicking space you can slow your car (but remember to stop moving forward first).

little changes, added the special mode from last time to "developer mode", now has 2 modes. version number.

I might have forget a few little changes maybe but they are very small ones.
