Patch 23rd Sept

A small patch for the Film Festival Cologne where Shell Shift will be playable.

Changelog:

• Highscore (Best Wave reached) will be saved and displayed in Game Over Screen
• Made first couple blade enemies easier to defeat without loosing HP
• Healthpacks are slightly more rare but restore more HP
• Ctrl+R for Quick Restart, Ctrl+Shift+R for full restart (back to intro)
• New Intro Start Screen
• Adjusted Intro Scene Timings, Skip Text and Auto Skipping
• Changed some puddles (Big puddles in corners)
• Bugfixes
