Recently I have been working on planet stats and player interaction with planets and solid progress has been made.

The Question of Art

one of the big features and key parts of this game is going to be combat between units similar to the total war franchise. The player will have a lists of unit cards garrisoning at locations and I would like some viewer feedback if the art style for the unit cards, unit models (Battles will be 2D top down) and other UI elements should be pixelated similar to the project icon on the Games Page or if  I should go for more round and 3d models and UI. the 2D art style will be a lot easier to code and develop (I am only one person working on this game) lots of units compared to the 3D more realistic units and UI. However, the 3D realistic smoother UI and troops might be more appealing to the player and so if u would like to make a decision on this mater then make sure to leave a comment and if no comments then i will go for a 2d art style.
