Changes:
I fixed so many incorrect descriptions of perks, along with the things listed just not existing.
Made it so abilities that previously set your ability charge to 0 just reduce it by 100, so the ability charge sandbox command has a use for those.
If I am not being schizophrenic, I am pretty sure I changed some UI stuff.
Updated quartermaster.
Go find the rest I guess
Additions:
Perks: Trapper, a super cool guy that literally has a john toe ability (like the guy from forsaken btw) and basically a taph ability but shit, also two of their pros are not working yet because quite literally they aren't added in any capacity. I did not test this perk much yet so uh yeah.
^ I want to note that the abilities do NOT work yet. I mean the part that actually affects enemies in any way.
Commands: GE, see internal names and sandbox (now in the github, so cool idk)
I probably missed a lot of these because this update was made over the course of like, a month or even more.
