Update 0.0.4 Part 2

You can now pick spells after completing each level and at the start.

Part 3: Will bring 3 new spells and the ability to cast on player.

Complete:  A shop where you can buy spells. This will mark the completion of the foundation for spells and will allow me to easily create more.
