Windmill Bird Game update

Hey guys! So in this update, I added a few things, I added in additional buttons on the title screen (although the one at the bottom doesn't work(I'm gonna work on it). I added mobile touch controls so you can play this on a mobile device, I gave the cardinal its own unique sound effect when it dies(it used to use the crow death sound), and most importantly, I added in a new character, the Blue Jay.
