Update 0.5.1 is out! HUGE Terrain overhaul!

- The
Earth
world type now uses all new 3D terrain, no longer based on a simple height map, allowing for vastly more interesting terrain- The previous earth generator is now
Earth (Legacy)
. Your world will be automatically upgraded to the new type. To keep the old generator, set the worldGenSaveKey
in zoneInfo.json

- Added the Workbench block, which can rename and modify items- for now it can just change the color of laser guns,
- Added Pixel Displays, which change color depending on the laser that hit it last,
- Added Iron Ladders,

- Added a health bar to the remote control screen to view the health of the mob you are looking at,
- Added footstep sounds to blocks,
- Added the Revolver- for now it has only 6 durability and can be crafted with 1 iron ingot. This will change in the future.,
- Added the Rifle (but it's currently unusable and unobtainable),
- Torches are now generally brighter,
- Falling blocks no longer have buoyancy,
- Massive speed up to world generation, such that it no longer stalls generating caves or corn fields,
- Data modding: Added basic item events, so that food among a few other items are data-moddable,
- Moved block events to the
game_events/block_events
folder- Update your datamods!,
- Fixed bug where custom screens could no longer display items
0.5.1 (Hotfix):
- Fixed workbenches crashing the client,
- Fixed being unable to rename items in the workbench
