Minor post jam bug fixes!

Hello!

It's now a week after the voting finished on the game jam, so I've uploaded a version with a couple minor changes:

• Slow toggling of the "Please switch to hand tracking" message
• Fix bug with "winning" after the timer went off
• Update for Godot Meta CARL v0.2.0

I'm hoping to do a couple more bug fixes before putting this project completely to rest :-)
