v0.2: Sickness rework, new events, other improvements

Version 0.2 features:

• 2 new events
• Better sickness system: whores have a hidden sickness timer rather than a random chance to recover each day, so they recover at a more consistent rate
• Whores only lose mood due to sickness if they have a positive mood (so happy whores will no longer get sick and then quit as soon as they recover)
• You can now pay 1000cr to instantly heal a sick whore
• Ability to name the brothel at game start (and a button to give it a random name)
• You can now reject all customers of a particular social class, if you're running an exclusive establishment
• Changed how house cut's affect on mood is calculated
• Various balancing changes
• Various minor interface changes

Patrons get access to version 0.3, which improves the time system and adds a few new whore traits.
