Windows Executable Now Available

After managing to solve my packaging issues, there is now a fully working Windows executable available for Minesimulator.

This means you no longer need to have Python installed to run the game.

The source code is still available for download, if needed.

Thanks to everyone who has already played Minesimulator with the Python version!
