Update 0.9.13 - Performance and new puzzles

At this point game is mostly feature complete, it's time for some polishing and extra levels!

• 10 extra puzzles with Forest theme for total of 95
• Adjusted mouse rotation sensitivity
• Build size was decreased by ~20%
• Game will start up a a little faster
• New icon for .exe
