Update 0.9.12 - Performance and UX

This update focuses on UX and performance. It also lays ground work for gamepad support, which will hopefully be finished soon.

Features

• Puzzles load much faster. Before this patch hints were calculated everytime puzzle was loaded which could lead to few second delay on larger one, now they are properly cached.
• All UI elements were made slightly larger.
• Options menu has been reorganized to be more consistent.
