After hours of irresponsible caffeination (that's when you drink a lot of coffee but still end up procrastinating), here's a small update. It's mostly some grammar and words re-write (thanks for the input, Dan!), but I think it's coming together even more. Also sprinkled some margin-quotes from the wastelands throughout the document.
I should finish building and painting those two transports I've had on my desk for ages, sometime. Who knows, inspiration might strike at any moment! Until then.
No rules were harmed in the creation of this update.
