Balance and Bugfix 2.1

This includes the hotfixes from updates 2.02, 2.03, 2.04 and 2.05 as well as the 2.1 changes.
MAIN LEVEL UPDATES:
Level 2
- Reduced number of Mudfrogs 7>>>5
Level 5
- Sadblock will make a noise when entering sad state
- Text "RUN" will be displayed on some blocks near the first Watcher
- Nerfed some harsh jumps in the second half
- Second Watcher will now be much easier and more intuitive to evade
Level 6
- Final key and block move speed increased from 3>>>4.5 seconds
//This is to allow the Unmeltable underneath to charge up more
Level 7
- First Goldslime will be raised on a platform to allow the player to view the moveable block before killing it
- Removed some enemies and nerfed some harsh jumps in the second half
- Made 3rd heart easier to get
- Removed Propellerslime at the top of the ending tower
BOSS UPDATES:
Frostbite
- Final 3 orbs before the summit are now pressed against the wall
//Being forced to cancel momentum at this part is a bit too hard
The Flying Dutchman
- Damaged state duration increased 0.2>>>1.5 seconds
- Dash ferocity increased 1>>>1.25
- Rage multiplier reduced 1.5>>>1.25
- Rain visual effect added
BUG FIXES:
- Fixed a bug where the Punkfrogs could clip through walls in certain situations
- Fixed a bug where the Goldslime would get stuck on the blocks beneath it
- Fixed a bug where the first Stormblitz in the Transportamus ride on Level 4 would stick to a spike instead of falling into the lava
