We've just released a first patch for Episode 5, changelog below.
Installation
Unzip into your main AMC Squad folder and agree to overwrite everything.
Changelog
- Fix a lag issue involving frequent "updatesector" calls.
- Fix a lag issue involving smartpoints not being cleared properly (should work for existing savegames).
- Fix an issue where quicksaves would not store the proper path, which could lead to crashes.
- Fix a character issue on Naaldir's keep in Episode 4.
- Fixed crashes when using certain weapons (such as the plasma SMGs).
- Fixed crashing issue with Cultists on Far Mountain Reaches (and other levels)
- Fixed getting stuck inside pillars in shipyard.
- Fix level state not being reloaded properly on all map transitions, which could cause Hub maps to restart.
- Fix mapstate not being cleared on Titangas.
- Fixed a potential softlock in Ritual.
- Removed unused heart key from Dark Campus
- Fixed sliding into the briefing room unintentionally starting a mission in a specific slot.
- Fixed a specific E5 mission showing up earlier on the map screen than intended.
- Fixed temp weapon bullets not having visuals on Wheaton's HUD.
- Fixed size of sprites at end of Dark Campus.
- Fixed overhead secrets text clashing with ninja roll text.
- Fixed Zaxtor outfit sprites in the Great Obelisk.
- Fixed Pigboss research saving to wrong array. (unfortunately, existing saves will have to reacquire this research)
- Fix Dark Avatar sprite in Frozen Kingdom.
- Fixed issue with some research projects not unlocking.
- Fixed STG not showing up on precog screen.
- Fixes to Kagura's Seburo weapon.
- Make sure "camerasprite" is set before trying to change its tags, to prevent error spam in the logs.
- Fixed character reset being wrongly activated in necrohouse.
- Fixed guns machine not working with zero budget.
- Removed door autoclose on lockpick door in City Under Siege.
- Remove debug altfire cutscene skip function (the proper one is accessed by holding the "use" key).
- Lowered the rope and shortened the wires/rebar in Geoffrey's E5 mission to make the path more obvious.
- Map updates from Jolteon and Solais for their respective levels.
- Updated Xuglop Mall with some minor changes.
- Add custom DEF script hook to usermaps folder.
- Added a new Chibi collectible.
