SLASHBANG - V 0.2 R 19

Another update is out for Slashbang! This one's based off of some feedback from the Sonic Amateur Games Expo, so thanks to everyone for your thoughts and support!

• Redid the halfpipe section to have more polygons. Traversal should now be smoother.
  
• Added a new setting for auto reload. If enabled in settings, reloading will happen by default when firing when ammo is out. This is now enabled by default.
• Overhauled subtitle font and UI.
• Made subtitles enabled by default.
• Fixed some errors in the subtitle text.

Hopefully these changes make the experience a lot smoother.
