Update 1.14

Release notes:

• Fixed issue of double input on some menu buttons when clicked with a mouse
• Fixed issue where mouse clicks were getting blocked on some menu buttons
• Revamped the user interface
• Fixed issue with flickering graphics on some nvidia cards
• Updated the Godot Engine
• Fixed issue where the players ship would slow down when moved along window border
