Randomness now random

Some more fixes and quality of life changes since last playtesting session (thanks Dashy!) 

• Random positioning of enemy ships is now random (for real!)
• Fixed attack orientations of enemy Vanguards and Typhoons (my bad!)
• Various minor bug fixes
