Token File and last page of Cards updated

I separated the cards and token files and made backs for the last page of cards. I think they work. Thanks to Adelle Frank for the suggestion.

I had a request to upload individual images or files with bleed for better alignment. I put this on my long list of things to do later. If there are any other requests, I will bump up the priority. :)
