Updated the version to 0.0.3.9

We have updated the version to 0.0.3.9 due to several critical bugs that prevented the administrator from continuing their shift on time.

• Fixed behavior of anomalous visitors

• Fixed behavior of the cult follower during ritual performance

• Fixed behavior of the priest and cult follower during check-in

• Fixed the garbage spawn area

• Removed additional blood spawning (blood was sometimes impossible to clean)
