Audible tweaks:

• New D_DM2TTL and D_DM2INT tracks that take up less space but are still heckin’ bangers (props to Cynmusic)
• Slightly decrease refire rate of Thamnai Cannon
• Add weapon carousel icons
• Re-coded all of the sound effects in 22050Hz at most
