Alpha v13 - Ankylosaurus added

- New Unit: Added Ankylosaurus as a ranged unit. It is slow but makes quite some damage. Needs to be protected to be useful.
- Improvement: I delayed the damage of attacks so that animations can start playing and attacks happen at 50% of the animations playtime.
- Improvement: Added another CPU enemy so that in the beginning there is a round number of pairs. This leads to the empty rounds only happening later in the game.
- Bugfix: Animations no longer play without an attack happening. This was most noticeable for Parasaurolophus as he stopped attacking for a while after healing, but the attack animations still played.
