I started on some of the basic mechanics, as well as some primitives to block out characters and furniture, etc. Starting from scratch is the first big step, and sometimes to do that you have to start small. Aside from that, I also began thinking out dialogue design and how the player would further interact with the small world I've created, which sounds simple but might be a little tough in the future.
Finish up blocking out everything, and begin making other assets on Blender, which I dread. I'll also begin making small amounts of dialogue script for the characters, however much I can. It's midterms week, so I'm finding time here and there to do things.
I think the dialogue feature might be an issue, or just making enough assets to fill the space, but no help desk just yet.
I wish my progress was just a bit more consistent, like doing little things everyday as opposed to large steps on some days. But at the very least I'm getting a decent amount of work done! I just hope that I could finish and maybe polish everything before the deadline, but that's a general source of worry from everyone.
