Changes as follows:
-Swapped ambient music for something with a less piercing crescendo.
-Added rec room.
-Added two npc's.
-Added interface for network terminal in rec room.
-Added AI to network terminal, dialog is around 35% complete. GOLIATH will be able to answer basic player questions about the area/characters/groups etc.
-Ambient news report added, commercial spot still needs some minor audio work. Report will play once upon reaching the rec room. Thereafter the report will be readable from the extranet menu from your PEA (this is currently the only function that works properly with the Personal Electronic Assistant)
Changes planned for upcoming build:
-Fix female content.
-Fix various bulletin board issues
-Adding elevator, lobby.
-Overhaul for PEA screen.
-Make Singh's speech animation less silly-looking.
