Now if you need to reload VTS, you don't need to restart Yasapo

Changes:

• now yasapo keeps track of when Vtube Studio (VTS) closes, or the Plugin API is deactivated;
  • this makes yasapo to go back to a loading state until VTS is back online or a few minutes go past;
  • if it manages to find VTS again, everything will be working fine;
  • if yasapo can’t find vts, it errors out and you will need to close it manually and start again; and also
• the background now is green.

this should mean one less program to restart when stuff go south!
