Fixed Mikecylium AI Again, Shorter Nights

Fixed:

- Mikecylium AI no longer 20 on Night One.

Changed:

-Nights are now 25% faster (45 seconds an hour, 270 seconds for the full night).

- Mikecylium AI harder on Night One than NightTwo due to the Janitor being added.
