To give you more control with resource gathering, you now have to select asteroids/scrap/derelicts and enable them to be mined/salvaged. This change now enables you to choose which areas to clear first, and also stop your droids from going too far to collect scrap, until you want them to. There is a new area resource overlay to show what is or isn't enabled to be gathered.
Pirate ships now have a strafe attack, damaging more of your station rather than concentrating on one area. Pirates scrap collecting, docking, and target/strafe attack behaviour now set randomly.
Onboard combat can now take place at further distances (up to 2 tiles currently), this means line of sight is taken into account. Crew will also open doors to shoot any pirates on the other side, trying to break through.
