Small patch-up.

Fixed the Whiskey Bottle not losing durability/breaking with use.
Replaced the burning death system with a touch-up version by Ac!d.
Burning deaths are now toggleable. Choose between Blood-style running, burning enemies or a more subtle burnt state upon death.
