Quick and Dirty Release Patch v1.1

Quick and dirty release patch as I noticed some of the major issues people had with the game:

• You exclusively use right click to pick up machines from now on. You can still set them down by clicking any button, that is fine. But this way you won’t accidentally pick up any of your machines any more. Also, you can pick a machine regardless of whats in it now.
• Changed the font for the bigger intros and outros (start and end of game) to be more readable. Smaller text still needs to stay the same for internal programming reasons.
• You can now buy machines just by clicking on them from the start. You don’t have to drag resources to its slot anymore. Resources will be automatically taken from available storage vaults and any in- and outputs of any machines.
• Removed Upgrade to unlock machine auto buying (see above) and changed to to increase vault storage instead. (so you might already have it if you unlocked the better machine buying already)
