Hi folks! I've had a little bit of extra time so I've added a couple new shaders. Soft scanlines, hard scanlines, and a rolling bands shader. These work the same as all the others, just create a new full screen pass in your URP asset and add the corresponding material. If you want to customize anything embed the package locally rather than installing from the github url, or duplicate the relevant materials or shadergraphs into your project's assets folder.
