FINALLY working on patches!

LOCK TIME
A downloadable game for Windows

The game jam ended a lifetime ago, but yesterday I FINALLY got back to working on LOCK TIME and, while these patches aren't released yet, current fixes include:

- Moving platforms no longer killing you

- A complete overhaul of the recording system, making the core game loop more intuitive, fair, and actually simpler in terms of code as well

- Recordings hitting each other no longer causes a game over

These were just a few of the majorly important changes I had planned, but like every good indie dev, there's a lot more planned. Of course, not all of my plans will come to fruition, but I can guarantee the above three will, as they're already in the testing stage.

Thank you to everyone who played LOCK TIME, whether it was during the game jam's voting period or not, and thank you for lots and lots of constructive feedback and words of praise! You've all given me a very clear idea of what to change and how, but also of what you liked about the game and what should stay the same.

As for why I'm only getting to these patches now... well, I started a job! I'm currently an intern at a studio making big contributions in level design and other areas, and I'm super excited about that! That means that I'm much busier than usual, but I genuinely love working on games, so it won't stop me from updating this one. Might just slow me down a tad.

NOTE: Just to clarify, at the moment of this writing, these updates are not published yet. The original game jam release is still the only version available. I want to at the very least give you all the option to turn down the music in the next update...
