We had to issue a title update after a bug was discovered. The bug, in general, would cause the screen to go blank after pausing.
Because of the addition of Full-Screen mode, there is a persistent object in GMS2 that has to draw the screen whether or not the window is resized or enters/leaves full-screen mode. Whenever the game is paused, it deactivates all instances except for the pause object. Therefore, that instance would be deactivated and not draw the screen. Therefore, we tweaked the pause object a bit so that it can keep the screen-drawing objects activated and therefore draw the screen.
