We’re excited to share the very first playtest release of Aerius, our anxiety support and breathing exercise app.
Quick Calm Button — a one-tap breathing exercise with animations.
Breathing Library — includes:
Box Breathing (4-4-4-4)
4-6-8 Breathing
Resonant Breathing (5s inhale/5s exhale)
5-4-3-2-1 Grounding Exercise
Animations & Visuals — expanding/contracting circles guide you through the rhythm.
Voice & Text Prompts — text instructions and optional voice guidance.
Offline Support — works fully without an internet connection.
Emergency Button — quick access to resources if you need urgent help.
Do the breathing exercises feel natural and calming?
Is the interface easy to understand?
Are the timings right, or do they need adjustment?
What accessibility improvements can we make?
Add session history and streaks.
Support favorites and shortcuts for quick access.
Include progressive muscle relaxation.
Polish accessibility (larger fonts, high contrast, haptics options).
Try the app for a few days when you feel anxious or want to relax.
Send feedback about the exercises, the design, and any bugs you notice.
Suggest new features or techniques you’d like to see.
