0.9.6 Update

Page has been updated in line with Firelock ed 0.9.6. FM 100-1-AP, the Immortal Armies of Sinh Lam Ta, has seen a renaming and slight change in formatting, as well as balance updates and changes. These include but are not limited to:

• Lower strength numbers for infantry weapons across the board.
• Plane and Light Indirect weapon re-balances in line with 0.9.6.
• Updates to the Type 24 series. Hail now sports a 100mm PFHE round and Radar Anti-Air; while the Rain is now Light Indirect (3) with S[D6] frag.
• Hermit is now 40 pts.
• Mudcrab is now 60 pts
