We've launched Knife Only! It's coming soon on October 16th via Steam since they have a required 2 week coming soon period. But, on itch.io, you can buy it immediately! Originally, I had only planned to launch via Steam, but recently I heard about itch.io from a friend and decided to check it out. The publishing process via itch.io and using their butler tools was so easy to use I completed the submission in 1 hour account registration to writing this devlog :)
Knife Only started as a small party game I made for fun for my friends and I to play. It has been a smash hit at our board game nights as a fast and easy to pickup and put down game. After a few nights of white-knuckled hilarity, I figured I should just share it with the world. If there's enough interest and passion in the community, I'm eager to keep developing new features. Things like new game modes, online multiplayer, new abilities like knife throwing, or even new weapons like swords, machetes, etc. (they're just big knives right?)
