R6.02 released!
Now that .NET 10's Release Candidate is out, R6.02 is promoted to release status, with additional changes. Specifically, I re-worked the option to create the test builds, to be more streamlined and useful. There was aslo a behind-the-scenes overhaul to how the patches are applied, so they are faster and more accurate.

- Added a message to notify the user that dev tools are accessible and should create a release build to remove them.
- Updated to .NET 10 (RC 1), improving performance and reliability.
- Updated dependencies, for improved performance and reliability.
- Reduced the download size of the program.
