Update 1.1

Just minor fixes:

1.  NOW Printer (booklet / zine format) friendly: Previous version (1.0) was a double-spread PDF. Version 1.1 is a single page PDF which is printer friendly if you want to print the adventure out as a booklet
2. moved to reference GM map form page 18 to the last page, so it's on the back cover for easy reference
