Installing on PC (Via Steam VR)
Getting started:
- You'll need Steam installed
- SteamVR installed from the Steam store
Download & Extract the Game
From Itch, download the .zip. Right-click → Extract All… (don’t run from inside the zip).
Keep the folder structure intact (don’t move the .exe out of its folder).
Add to Steam
- Add to Steam library as a Non-Steam Game
Connect your Headset
- Valve Index / HTC Vive / WMR: Plug in headset and base stations, power on controllers.
- Meta Quest over wifi: Install Steam Link on headset. Ensure you have a strong wifi network (5/6+ghz)
- Meta Quest wired: Install Meta Quest Link desktop app. Plug in with USB-C - enable Link in the Headset settings.
Start Steam VR
- Valve Index / HTC Vive / WMR: Open SteamVR on your PC and confirm:
- Headset, base stations/sensors, and controllers show green/ready.
- Put on the headset to wake it so SteamVR sees it as active.
- Meta Quest: Launch SteamLink app on Meta Quest
Inside SteamVR:
- Launch the game from your steam library inside SteamVR
- Optional: Sometimes this works...
- With SteamVR already running, double-click the game .exe in the extracted folder.
- If Windows SmartScreen pops up: click More info → Run anyway (we’re indie, the build isn’t code-signed yet).
