0.1.6c Bugfixes

A few relatively small fixes. Thanks to everyone who has reported bugs on my bug report form, which automatically adds an item to this Trello board.
- Fixed issue with game crashing when trying to advance time at the clock
- Corrected swimming so that Graham can lose the "Drowning" condition based on Swimming skill and the difficulty of the water.
- Graham now correctly dies (and wakes up at the beginning of the loop) when losing the ambush fight.
- Volume settings at main menu should now be aligned with the volume settings in the autosave slot.
- Player face and HP bar no longer disappear during combat after a message is shown (such as when defending or when a skill level increases)
I'm starting to work on the next big content update now, I'll try to have it in testing by the end of the month.
