Minor update for Shift, nothing too fancy:

Additions:
- Game is now localised into many languages, and this can be selected from the main menu.
Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, and Turkish. - New low quality graphics setting, selectable on startup or at the main menu.
- New Credits section, accessible from the main menu.
Fixes:- Cup shuffle speed now properly resets between rounds.
