Patch 0.2.0: Abilities

Added abilities for fists and katana,
Added a proper tutorial level for abilities,
Added UI indicators for communicating weapon durability and ability usage,
Updated title screen, splash screen and app icon,
Fixed a bug where player position wasn't properly reset when going to the next level,
A lot of minor bug fixes and improvements
