Character Preview: Lena

For the first sneak peek: Lena is your typical mean girl with a twist.

I had been struggling to come up with characters, so I drew inspiration from the concept of coping mechanisms. I imagined somebody who took on the appearance or personality of a loved one in an attempt to carry on their legacy.  It started as a funny idea based on a character from a web comic I read, but the more I wrote, the more I realized that it would be more interesting to develop her into a serious and tragic character with a comedic twist.
