First update!
Today marks the first update of Nimble Kick, version 1.0.1. Thanks to everyone for the feedback, ideas, & bugreports so far! I managed to sneak in a few new suggested features in this update, but there's definitely more coming.
Check out the full changelog below!
- Added a stretch knob.
- Added the ability to apply a separate EQ for punch & tail.
- Added timecode texts under the waveform.
- Fixed Time Machine algorithm not sounding as good as it should be. (Stupid mistake on my part.. it should be SO much better now, sorry about that!)
- Renamed "Time Machine 2" algorithm to "Experimental", to avoid confusion. This experimental algorithm will periodically be changed to different kinds of algorithms, but right now it remains unchanged. (I recommend simply using Time Machine instead!)
- Sample trimming is now a lot better and easier to use.
- Fixed sample normalizing adding 2 dB of gain by mistake.
- Playhead now has transparency indicating its ADSR state.
- Improved UI performance a ton, which also prepares Nimble Kick for new upcoming features.
- Reduced CPU usage while idle in UI.
- "Use note velocity" is now unchecked by default.
- Reduced maximum UI scale to 300%, and fixed a bug where the UI could be bigger than the monitor height.
- On Mac: Changed equalizer control key to command instead.
- On Mac: Fixed the settings & about dialogs hiding under the plugin.
