Oh hi, I'm back again.
Okay never mind, enough with the nonsense. I'ma just get straight into it.
If you don't know what it's like canceling something you've always liked, I will tell you how everything goes. First, everything goes well, and then it goes bad. then it goes great, then awful again, and so on and so on. If a good thing happens, I always get somewhere, but after that I get to nowhere good as for what I'm supposed to expect. And it's like the same thing with making games when engines don't always work. For example, the Unity 6.0 Rigidbody.linearVelocity is not consistent with otherRigidbody.linearVelocity's. It's like a glitch. The point is, I didn't even report a bug yet! Glitches may happen, but because I couldn't properly analyze or solve the problem that was causing this, this glitch was unfixable on my end. When I upgraded Baldi's Basics Classic Remastered Deluxe to Unity 6.1, these glitches were fixed for now. But then, right after that, I installed the new input system called the "Input System Package" to my project, which made everything worsen. The reason for this is that you're dealing with different classes, different enums, different structs (I guess), and more. There's a lot to look forward to if you're new to the new input system. HOWEVER, there is one problem with the input system. Input System 1.14.2 contains compiler errors, but 1.13.1 doesn't. Here's why:
My theory is that if you install 1.13.1 and then update to 1.14.2, you won't get the compiler errors, but if you just install Input System 1.14.2 instead of 1.13.1 on initial package download, you will get compiler errors. I've tested case 2, but not case 1.
Now, the real reason for why I quit developing this mod is because it's too much for me to handle a lot of things at once, especially personal life stuff. It's so easy for me carry a lot of stuff and think I'm going to be happy after all the work I've done. But regardless, it's easier said than done.
Either way, I've included another build called the "Experimental Portal Poster Build". You can download it and do whatever you want with it. I don't care anymore.
