Doki Jam Bug Fixes #2

Lots of folks said that the sounds were too LOUD, so I added an accessibility feature! The pause screen now had little sliders for controlling the music, sound effects, and Doki laugh volume.

I'm nervous as heck this is going to introduce some other bugs. Getting my sound system to respect universal volume was... kludgy. But I learned a ton and hope it'll make the game easier on people with headphones, sound sensitivity, etc.

The full screen button was totally borked on big screens, so I just turned it off. :P

Finally, a couple of people found places on the map where it was possible to get STUCK so you would have to restart the game from the beginning. Yuck! I found and fixed a couple of those spots, though there are probably more.
