Inventory Blueprint Hud Page + Cleaned Up Depositing/Collecting Movement

1) Added the inventory blueprint page to separate it from the rest of the inventory so that it is easier to find.

2) Cleaned up the movement mechanics for moving to collect an item, and moving to the town center to deposit the item. You can check a citizens current action on their main info tab page to see what their current action is.
