Build 20250820 released!

Windows specific updates:

• Fixed an issue, where the launcher would report that the files were corrupt, when they weren't.
• Fixed a bug, where the "Play" button is active, when it shouldn't.
• Added icons to the menu.

Linux specific updates:

• [Linux] Re-worked the cache system so it uses XDG folders.
  • Fixes an issue where the bootstrap would fail to unpack, as the required folder required sudo access.
• [Linux] Fixed a bug, where it attempted to load a non-existent file in the cache folder, when it's the first time it runs.
