0.1.6b bugfixes

I was really hoping to just release 0.1.6 and not have anything that needed fixing, but that didn't happen. Savefiles should be compatible with 0.1.6 (but still not with 0.1.5 or before)

• Fixed crashes related to taking fire or poison damage over time. This damage is actually happening in a different way now that should be more stable.
• Updated some logic and dialogue around crafting with menar wood
  
• Corrected some logic and disable conditions for the time skip
  
• "FAILED" message should no longer show up when using Defend action
